Spencer F. Segura

Chief Executive Officer and Director of eNeura Corporation

Additionally, since July 2012, he has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Four Springs Capital Trust, a real estate investment trust focusing on single tenant net-leased properties.

With a background as the Senior Managing Director of Spencer Trask Ventures Inc., Mr. Segura played a key role in developing and financing various early-stage companies, co-founding or providing initial equity capital for companies like Faroudja, Next Level Communications, and the AVP.

He also served on the Board of Directors of ImThera Medical, Inc., which developed a neurostimulation device for obstructive sleep apnea and was later acquired by LivaNova PLC in 2018.

Mr. Segura holds a BA in History from the University of California at Los Angeles and a JD from Loyola Law School.

 


 

Teresa Kazaros

Chief Operating Officer

Teresa Kazaros serves as the Chief Operating Officer of eNeura, where she assumes responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company.

With a background as an experienced director of operations and a successful business owner, Teresa possesses a keen understanding of the intricate relationship between technology and business strategy.

Prior to her role at eNeura, she held the position of Chief Technology Officer and Director of Operations at an advertising agency, where she played a pivotal role in managing daily operations, establishing and nurturing partnerships, while implementing innovative solutions that contributed to overall corporate performance improvement.

Additionally, Teresa founded and successfully managed Flagler Consultant Group, a technology consulting firm specializing in marketing. Her academic background includes a degree in science from Santa Monica College and a degree in Interactive Media.

 


 

Eric Bohlen

Vice President of Sales

Eric Bohlen - Vice President of Sales at eNeuraEric Bohlen serves as the Vice President of Sales at eNeura, where he is responsible for leading the sales team and driving market expansion in the US and UK.

Prior to joining eNeura, Mr. Bohlen held senior sales positions at Abbvie/Allergan, Stryker, and Sanofi-Aventis. His expertise includes growing Botox sales for migraine, movement disorders, and limb spasticity, reflecting his success in both pharmaceutical and medical technology sales.

Mr. Bohlen graduated from the University of North Carolina with a BS in Biology, where he attended under an ROTC scholarship.

He later served in the United States Army, holding various positions such as Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, and Deputy Chief of Protocol for 18th Airborne Corps. His military background and extensive experience in sales contribute to his well-rounded skill set in leading sales efforts at eNeura.

 


 

Kara Shorb

Director of Clinical Affairs and Customer Care

Kara Shorb is the Director of Clinical Affairs and Customer Care for eNeura.

She started with eNeura in 2017, bringing her clinical and administrative background as an RN in the hospital setting. Since being with eNeura, she has established herself as a provider liaison for headache medicine clinicians as well as the clinical lead for patient engagement.

She leads a team of RNs at eNeura who pride themselves in guiding exceptional care for all patients who use SAVI Dual.

Kara resides in Austin, Texas with her husband Sterling. Together, they have two college age children, Taylor and Mason.

 


 

Yvonne Wood

Clinical Education Consultant

Yvonne Wood is a clinical education consultant. She provides clinical education and support for the company’s products, assisting both patients and prescribing professionals.

The role entails not only teaching about the product, but also actively engaging with and assisting clinicians and patients throughout the clinical process.

In addition, the consultant provides useful insights and observations on the company’s clinical support requirements.
